Breath in, breath out. Three tips for a short break.

By Julia Wuenscher

Rarely have we spent as much time at home as in 2020. Regardless of whether you work at home, teach the children or generally spend more time at home: breaks are important. Here are our favorite habits to build more breaks into the day.

Fresh air

During a hectic day, it's important to get outside. However, we often forget about it and then it is already ten o'clock in the evening. Fresh air is good for you and a ten-minute walk is often enough. Get some vitamin D during your lunch break and incorporate a walk into your work routine. For example, you can hold some of your meetings on the phone while you're outside. shoes on and off.

stretching

Lots of sitting and little exercise. We often only move from the workplace to the refrigerator. As a result, we move our bodies too little. Relaxing exercises for the neck and back are not only pleasant, but after a few minutes you will feel reborn. If you do short daily stretches, you'll feel the difference after a long day.

time for you

Whether listening to music, a good book or meditation. Take some time to yourself to relax and de-stress. Our Lavender Room Oil provides additional relaxation in your living space, your home. The scent of lavender will soothe you and create a space of relaxation and calm.
