We deliver throughout the EU and try to ship your order the next working day after payment has been received. As soon as your order is on its way, we will notify you by email. With most shipping methods, you can then eagerly await your package using the shipment tracking.

All our packages are sent by Austrian Post and are therefore CO2-neutral within Austria. In addition, we offer free delivery by bike in the Graz area in December.

Bicycle delivery in 8010 and 8020 Graz

Wouldn't it be absurd to receive a package even though the sender lives just three streets away? At least that's what we think and admittedly we also want to do something for our health.

That's why all orders in the Graz city area (8010 + 8020) are delivered to your home by bike, not without sweat, but completely CO2-free. Simply select "bicycle delivery in the Graz city area" during the order process and we will personally bring your package to your home. If you wish, we can also deliver it completely contactlessly - just write us a short note in the comments.

Please let us know which days are best for us to find you in the evening. Alternatively, you can also write to us a drop-off location or favorite neighbor. We ask that you keep an eye on your email inbox after ordering in case we have any further questions.

Returns

You can only return all of our products within 14 days if they are in their original and unopened condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Please do not forget to inform us of your return by email (hello@march.care). As soon as we receive your return, you will receive your refund via your original payment method. Unfortunately, used and opened products cannot be returned.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the concluded purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the recipient of the order takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written declaration by post or email with the information of the contract cancellation to us is sufficient by post to MARCHCARE Naturkosmetik Handels GmbH, Göttelsberg 278, A-8160 Mortantsch or electronically to hello@march.care .

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel the purchase contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including standard delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used to place the order. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.

In the event of cancellation, you must return the delivered goods to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation of the contract. You will bear all costs of returning the goods.
